About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join Great Image Services Corporation in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time internship position that offers valuable exposure to Human Resources functions within a dynamic call centre and customer service environment. As an HR Intern, you will support the HR team in day-to-day operations whilst gaining practical experience in recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and administrative processes. This role is instrumental in helping us maintain our commitment to excellence in people management and ensuring our team members have the support they need to succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including job posting distribution, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation coordination, documentation, and training scheduling
• Maintain and update employee records and databases in compliance with data protection policies
• Assist in the organisation and coordination of employee training and development programmes
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including document preparation, filing, and scheduling
• Support employee relations activities, including event coordination and welfare initiatives
• Assist with HR reporting and data analysis as required

What we're looking for

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
