1. R&D & Product Enhancement

• Competitor & Feature Benchmarking: Research industry trends and competitor features (e.g., automated leave encashment, shift rotation, claims management) to present feature gap analyses to the R&D team.
• Requirements Mapping: Help map client-specific HR policies (overtime rules, allowance structures, attendance grace periods) into functional system requirements. Including incorporating AI technology to HR processes.
• UI/UX & Workflow Validation: Test user journeys within new HRMS modules to identify usability friction points before features reach production.

2. Compliance & Functional Audit

• Statutory Calculation Audits: Build test cases and spreadsheet models to verify payroll formulas against local tax tables, social security/pension deductions, and overtime rates.
• Labor & Data Privacy Checks: Cross-reference feature workflows against relevant labor laws and data protection regulations (e.g., PDPA, GDPR) to ensure data consent, audit logs, and access controls are properly implemented.
• Financial Transaction Validation: Audit bank batch payment files (e.g., Giro format generation) and salary slip outputs for formatting accuracy and data integrity.

3. Implementation Enablement & Training Support

• Training Collateral: Draft user manuals, quick-start guides, release notes, and interactive slide decks for newly developed modules.
• Session Operations: Manage logistics for client or internal training workshops, including attendance tracking, user provisioning in demo environments, and collecting participant feedback.
• Documentation Maintenance: Organize and update the centralized knowledge base, keeping track of FAQs and common configuration workflows.
