Roles & Responsibilities

• Post job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status.
• Assist in onboarding new employees and interns.
• Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities.

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, BA, or any relevant graduation.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
