HR Internship – Learning & Development

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and coordination of learning and development programs.
• Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee development activities.
• Prepare training materials, attendance records, and evaluation reports.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training vendors.
• Update and maintain training records and learning databases.
• Support employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.
• Assist in HR development projects and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualification:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple schedules and assignments.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Able to use basic graphic design tools, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Creative, proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team
