HR Internship (Mandarin)

Job Overview

We are an established property company looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Intern (Mandarin Speaker) to join our team. In this role, you will handle day-to-day HR administration, candidate communication, and internal documentation specifically for our Mandarin-speaking team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in the real estate / property sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Candidate Screening:
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/chat screenings, and schedule interviews with Chinese-speaking job applicants.
• Help manage candidate messaging and inquiries via WhatsApp and social media channels.
• HR & Administrative Support:
• Maintain employee records, attendance logs, and internal databases accurately.
• Assist with onboarding new hires, setting up orientation, and coordinating training materials.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Property/Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• Language Requirement: Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin/Chinese (must), English & Malay is required .
• Good communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling confidential employee records.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace.
