HR Internship (On Site)

HR Internship （5days per week，9am-6pm）

Job Responsibilities

I. Recruitment Support

1. Assist in posting job advertisements, collecting, and screening resumes.
2. Help arrange interviews, follow up on candidates’ progress, and coordinate interview schedules.
3. Assist in updating the recruitment database and maintaining candidate records.
4. Support communication with recruitment platforms (JobStreet, LinkedIn, Hiredly, etc.) and help optimize recruitment channels.

II. Other HR-Related Tasks

1. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and corporate culture projects.
2. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Administration, Business English, Logistics, or related fields preferred.
• Language Skills: Must be proficient in Mandarin (both written and spoken) and able to communicate in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• HR Internship working hours : 5 Days per week, 9am-6pm
