HR Internship (Training & Development)

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our HR team, with a focus on Training & Development. This role is suitable for students who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in HR and training development.

Scope of internship:

• Assist in coordinating internal and external training programmes.
• Arrange training schedules, venues, materials and attendance.
• Communicate with trainers and employees regarding training arrangements.
• Maintain and update training records and databases.
• Assist with training feedback, reports and documentation.
• Support other HR administrative tasks and projects as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Internship Duration: 3 months
• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
