Position: HR Recruiter Apprentice

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, MBA (HR), or any relevant field

Job Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews and walk-in drives.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases, calling trackers, and recruitment reports.
• Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities.
• Assist in onboarding and joining coordination.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned recruitment requirements.
