HR Interview Person

Discount Solutions is seeking a confident, organized, and professional HR Interview Person to join our growing software house. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end interview process, identify talented professionals, and support the company's hiring and recruitment objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews for technical and non-technical positions.

• Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.

• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.

• Evaluate applicants' communication skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.

• Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.

• Prepare interview reports and hiring recommendations.

• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.

• Assist with onboarding and other HR activities when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation abilities.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.

• Previous HR or recruitment experience in a software house is preferred.
