HR IT Intern

About the role

Sabio Advisory Corporation is looking for an HR IT Intern to support our Human Resources, Recruitment Shared Services, and HR Technology functions. This internship is ideal for students who want to gain practical experience in HR operations, recruitment, HR systems, CMS administration, data management, and technology-supported HR processes. You will work closely with the HR and recruitment team and gain hands-on exposure to digital HR workflows and recruitment platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with candidate pre-screening and initial qualification
• Support recruitment research, sourcing, and talent mapping
• Encode interview notes, screening results, and recruitment updates
• Assist with candidate records and recruitment documentation
• Assist in the use and maintenance of internal HR systems and recruitment platforms
• Update candidate and employee information in HR systems
• Support workflow tracking and digital HR processes
• Assist with CMS administration and content updates
• Perform accurate data entry and maintenance of recruitment records
• Organize internal trackers, databases, and documentation

About you

• Currently enrolled in a college/university program requiring an internship or practicum
• Preferably taking Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related program
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with digital platforms, databases, and online tools
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to learn HR systems, CMS platforms, and recruitment technology
• Able to handle confidential information responsibly
• Can work independently in a fully remote environment
