HR IT Recruiter

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and driven HR Recruiter with 1+ years of experience to join our dynamic recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting for both IT and Non-IT profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

● Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT and Non-IT roles across multiple levels.

● Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.

● Utilize Naukri Portal, LinkedIn, and other platforms to actively search for potential candidates.

● Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the job requirements and create effective job descriptions.

● Shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and ensure timely feedback is provided to candidates.

● Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

● Maintain and update the recruitment database with relevant candidate information.

● Assist in preparing recruitment reports and statistics for internal use.

● Uphold the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality while handling candidate and organizational information.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

● 1+ years of proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on both IT and Non-IT roles.
(Mostly experienced in IT)

● Hands-on experience using Job Portals for sourcing candidates.

● Strong knowledge of various sourcing methods and recruitment tools.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets.

● Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and ethical approach in all recruitment practices.

Preference: Candidates with experience in IT Recruitment will be preferred.
