HR Labor Relations Intern

About the Role

The HR Labor Relations Intern will support employee relations initiatives, disciplinary action processes, and compliance with labor laws. This role offers practical, hands-on experience in workplace mediation, case analysis, labor law research, and daily administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Case Handling & Transactions: Assist with the end-to-end processing and administrative tracking of Labor Relations cases and transactions.
• Legal & Policy Research: Conduct research on labor laws, social legislations, case digests, and legal precedents to support case analysis and case study assignments.
• Administrative Support: Perform daily administrative, documentation, and operational tasks for the Labor Relations team.
• Compliance & Ethics: Handle sensitive and confidential workplace information with strict discretion while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
• General Labor Relations Support: Deliver operational, technical, and administrative assistance to the team as needed.

Additional Info

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Must be amenable to 2 - 3x day hybrid set up, in our Bonifacio Global City, Taguig office
• Our internships are unpaid.
