HR Labor Relations Supervisor

• Issued Notices to Explain (NTE), conducted administrative hearings, ensured due process, drafted Notices of Decision (NOD).
• Maintained case trackers and archived case files.
• Coordinated with Attorney in preparing position papers, affidavits, DTRs, payroll records, and disciplinary documents for NLRC proceedings.
• Represented the company in SEnA conferences​ and NLRC-related cases​ on illegal dismissal, underpayment of wages, OT, and final pay.
• Computed and processed final pay, separation pay, and backwages in line with Labor Code and settlement terms.
• Supervise and mentor IR and recruitment staffs. (assign cases, review output, and provide coaching)
• Prepare monthly reports for HR manager : case statistics, recruitment statistics, SEnA/NLRC status, DA trends (completion of EM/DA/NTE)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College Graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science or any Business Course
• With at least 5 to 6 years work related experience in HR labor and Industrial Relation
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and applicable software tools/systems
• With knowledge and strong understanding of Philippine Labor Law and other applicable human resource federal and state requirements.
• Ability to demonstrate the highest level of Ethical behavior and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Adept in handling administrative hearings and investigations
• Ability to counsel.
• Knowledge in Internal/External case proceedings, employment policy and guidelines formulation
• Ability to handle Labor and Industrial complex issues.
• Ability to direct and supervise effectively with good judgment and keen to details
• Proficient in English communication on both oral and written; (can speak/understand Chinese Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus factor)
• With Positive attitude, strong leadership and good interpersonal skills
