HR Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery teams e.g. Product Managers Analysts to ensure high-quality outputs
• Ensure alignment with DA standards governance and data quality frameworks
• Drive adoption and embedding of analytics solutions within HR and the wider business
• Monitor performance and impact of analytics products ensuring continuous improvement

Requirements

• Significant experience in HR analytics data analytics or related roles
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data e.g. talent performance workforce planning
• Experience leading teams and delivering analytics or data products
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in a business-facing role
• Strong understanding of DA environments and delivery models
• Strong understanding of analytics reporting and data-driven decision-making
• Familiarity with HR systems and data e.g Workday SuccessFactors
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels
• Ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Strategic thinking with a focus on value creation
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives in a complex environment
• Own prioritisation and roadmap for HR analytics initiatives aligned to business strategy
• Partner with senior HR stakeholders to understand needs and shape analytics solutions
• Translate business challenges into data and analytics opportunities and actionable insights
