HR Lead

Job Overview

The Human Resources Lead manages day-to-day HR operations and executes key talent initiatives across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and compliance. Reporting to executive leadership or operations management, this hands-on position balances operational delivery with team leadership, ensuring HR processes run smoothly and align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Delivery

Manage end-to-end operational workflows for recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, offboarding, and employee record maintenance.

Serve as the primary point of contact for managers and staff regarding day-to-day HR inquiries, policy clarifications, and operational concerns.

Maintain accuracy across HR systems, leave tracking, personnel records, and payroll input verification.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Coordinate line managers to identify staffing needs and execute recruitment plans.

Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open roles, managing applicant tracking and selection pipelines.

Design and facilitate onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration for new hires.

Employee Relations & Workplace Culture

Address employee grievances, mediate interpersonal conflicts, and coordinate disciplinary processes in accordance with company policies.

Lead employee engagement initiatives, workplace events, and pulse feedback mechanisms to maintain high morale and retention.

Monitor workplace dynamics and recommend proactive measures to resolve operational friction.

Performance Management & Development

Facilitate regular performance review cycles, goal-setting mechanisms, and performance improvement plans (PIPs).

Coordinate training initiatives, functional skill-building workshops, and career development pathways for employees.

Compliance, Safety & Policy Implementation

Ensure day-to-day personnel activities comply with local labor standards and statutory requirements.

Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), company handbooks, workplace safety guidelines, and central registry records.

Support internal operational audits and draft policy updates or administrative communications as needed.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
