About the role

Join the dynamic team at JPSC Group Holdings INC. as an HR Learning and Development specialist. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering tailored training programs to empower our employees and drive organisational growth. Based in the vibrant Makati City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial part in shaping the professional development of our talented workforce.

What you'll be doing

1. Assess training needs across the organization and develop customized learning solutions to address skill gaps
2. Create and facilitate engaging, impactful training workshops and programs on a range of HR and professional development topics
3. Collaborate with business leaders to align training initiatives with the company's strategic objectives
4. Implement effective evaluation methods to measure the success and impact of training programs
5. Continuously research industry trends and best practices to enhance the learning and development offering
6. Maintain training records and provide comprehensive reporting to stakeholders
7. Mentor and coach junior members of the L&D team to support their professional growth

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a human resources or learning and development role.
2. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
3. Strong project management capabilities to design, deliver and evaluate training programs
4. Up-to-date knowledge of adult learning principles and innovative training methodologies
5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
6. Proficient in using HR and L&D technology platforms to enhance training delivery
7. Relevant degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field
