HR Learning and Development (Instructional Design)

Work Location: Bangpoo Industrial Estate (on-site)

Working Hours: 07.40-16.40 (Mon - Fri)

Your main role is to:

• Works as the secretary for to handle Manufacturing committee for training and development
• Assists to implement the methodologies to ensure that training activities are designed and tailored to learners’ needs and focuses on building skills and expectations for collaborative development
• Design and develop instructional materials, e-learning modules, product knowledge guides that align with business needs.
• Creates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials to align with the business direction of the company
• Creates, organizes, plans and presents various forms of training activity
• Be proactive and curious of new things, maintain knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
• Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers and instructors in multiple languages.
• Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations and videos.
• Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in Learning & Development, Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, HRD, or related Training functions.
• Experience coordinating training programs, working with vendors, and managing training logistics (consistent with L&D execution expectations).
• Strong communication and facilitation skills in English; Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office, HRIS/LMS systems, and data reporting.
