HR Learning & Development (L&D) Intern

About the role

We are looking for an HR L&D Intern to support our Learning & Development team in creating and delivering training programs for employees across our hotels, hostels, and corporate operations. This internship provides practical experience in employee training, onboarding, learning content, and development programs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training programs.
• Support the preparation of training materials, presentations, quizzes, and learning activities.
• Help create and upload training content to the company's Learning Management System (LMS).
• Assist with employee onboarding programs and orientation sessions.
• Coordinate training schedules with employees, trainers, and department managers.
• Track employee participation and completion of required training.
• Maintain accurate training records and employee learning data.
• Assist in collecting feedback from employees after training sessions.
• Support the preparation of training reports and L&D updates.
• Help develop engaging learning content, including videos, presentations, guides, and online resources.

About you

• Currently studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working with presentations, documents, and online learning platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Good command of English.
• Creative and interested in developing engaging learning content.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in training or L&D is an advantage but not required.
