HR Learning and Development Officer

• Manage performance management processes, including KPI verification, monitoring, and analysis to ensure alignment with organizational and departmental objectives.
• Facilitate and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and Disciplinary Actions (DAs), ensuring proper documentation, coordination, and timely follow-through.
• Review employee performance and regularization results and update organizational structures and Job Descriptions (JDs) based on changes in roles, responsibilities, and performance requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement Learning & Development (L&D) activities, including training programs, employee development initiatives, and post-training evaluation.
• Review and update HR policies, procedures, and process documentation, including the creation of process flowcharts using Microsoft Visio to clearly illustrate workflows and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• With experience in Learning & Development, Performance Management, or general HR functions.
• Knowledgeable in KPI monitoring, performance evaluation, PIP, and employee disciplinary processes.
• Strong skills in policy and process documentation; proficient in Microsoft Visio for creating organizational charts and process flowcharts.
• Good communication, analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
