HR Learning and Development Specialist

Job Summary

The Training & Development Specialist will support the Training and Development Manager in executing learning initiatives across corporate, sales, and manufacturing operations. This role focuses heavily on designing visually engaging learning materials, facilitating impactful onboarding and skill-building workshops, and ensuring seamless training delivery in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Instructional & Visual Content Design: Create high-impact, visually compelling training decks, presentation slides, printed handouts, infographics, and interactive workshop materials.
• Training Facilitation & Delivery: Conduct engaging onboarding sessions, foundational skills workshops, and behavioral training programs for diverse teams.
• Program Support & Execution: Assist the Manager in conducting training needs analysis (TNA), scheduling workshops, coordinating with participants, managing logistics, and setting up training venues.
• Impact Evaluation & Tracking: Administer feedback forms, track attendance, maintain organized training records (via Excel/Google Sheets), and gather data to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate training schedules, issue reminders, and collaborate with department leads to ensure high participation and engagement.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Graphic Design, Organizational Communication, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in training delivery, presentation, or instructional design (FMCG, manufacturing, or corporate experience is a plus).
• Visual & Graphic Design Skills: High proficiency in design tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/Illustrator), or similar software to build modern, attractive visual assets.
• Communication & Facilitation Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; comfortable presenting, hosting, and facilitating in front of small-to-medium groups.
• Core Competencies: Detail-oriented, highly organized, creative, and capable of thriving in a fast-moving operational environment.
