Job Overview

We are looking for an HR Specialist – Learning & Development who will help plan, organize, and conduct training programs to support employee growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize training programs.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops.
• Coordinate with trainers, SMEs, and different departments.
• Develop training materials and presentations.
• Support career development and succession planning programs.
• Monitor employee participation and training completion.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback.
• Help organize team-building activities and other learning events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Learning & Development or a related role.
• Experience in training and facilitation.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of training tools and digital learning platforms.
• Retail industry experience is an advantage.
• Willing to travel in our Negros & Panay area.
