HR Learning and Talent Management Intern

About the Role

The Learning and Talent Management Intern will support the execution of employee development programs, training events, and onboarding initiatives. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in learning operations, content management, and engagement strategies, while helping foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Event & Logistics Support: Assist with the planning, scheduling, and execution of internal training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.
• Content Creation: Support the development of training materials, presentations, digital resources, and internal communications.
• Systems & Data Administration: Help manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and maintain accurate records for attendance, progress, and feedback.
• Learner Engagement: Assist with engagement programs, gamification efforts, and recognition initiatives to encourage participation.
• General L&D Support: Deliver operational, technical, and administrative assistance to the team as needed.

Additional Info

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Must be amenable to 2 - 3x day hybrid set up, in our Bonifacio Global City, Taguig office
• Our internships are unpaid.
