HR Legal Assistant

We are looking for qualified candidates HR Legal Assistant positions, preferably with experience in employee relations, labor relations, Philippine labor laws, and DOLE-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling employee relations concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases.
• Prepare and maintain HR documents, incident reports, notices, and other employment-related records.
• Assist in handling labor-related complaints and coordinating DOLE requirements and proceedings.
• Support compliance with the Philippine Labor Code and applicable labor regulations.
• Assist in administrative investigations, documentation of employee cases, and implementation of company policies.
• Coordinate with the HR team and management regarding employee concerns and labor-related matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Legal Management, or a related field.
• Experience in HR administration, employee relations, labor relations, or legal assistance is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE processes.
• Experience handling employee disciplinary cases, labor complaints, or legal documentation is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
