HR Manage

Role Description This is a part-time remote HR Manager role at مجتمع المدينة لرأس المال البشري MHCC. The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day human resources operations, including supporting employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, changes, and offboarding. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, handling queries and concerns, and ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies. The role involves coordinating performance management activities, such as setting performance objectives, supporting evaluations, and tracking development plans. The HR Manager will also help maintain HR documentation, ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations, collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, and provide data-driven HR insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Human Resources (HR) operations and HR Management.
• Experience in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement.
• Knowledge of Performance Management practices, including goal-setting and evaluation processes.
• Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies in line with organizational standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, part-time setting.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Familiarity with HR systems or HRIS platforms and basic data reporting is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
