HR Manage

Role Description The HR Manager (part-time, remote) will oversee human resources activities that support the effective operation of CMRDI Training Center. Daily tasks include implementing HR policies, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding for trainers and staff, and managing performance review processes. The HR Manager will handle employee relations matters, support conflict resolution, and advise leadership on HR best practices and compliance with applicable regulations. The role also involves developing HR procedures for remote work, supporting engagement initiatives, and ensuring that HR processes align with the center’s training and development goals.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to plan and implement HR processes.
• Experience in Employee Relations, including supporting staff, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Knowledge of Performance Management practices, including goal setting, evaluation, and feedback mechanisms.
• Ability to develop, interpret, and apply HR Policies that align with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
• Familiarity with remote work practices, HR information systems, and basic labor law and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting.
