Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR & Management professional to handle day-to-day HR activities, employee management, recruitment, administration, and coordination with management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment and hiring process.
• Source, screen, and coordinate with candidates for interviews.
• Handle employee onboarding, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR-related documentation.
• Manage day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
• Coordinate with employees and different teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support management in implementing company policies and procedures.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and workplace coordination.
• Assist management with workforce planning and manpower requirements.
• Monitor employee performance and support performance-management activities.
• Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure discipline, compliance, and smooth workplace operations.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in HR & Management.
• Graduate degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and employee management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and HR documentation.
• Strong team-management and decision-making skills.
