Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, primarily for real estate sales positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews and coordinate management interviews.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and achieve monthly hiring targets.
• Manage employee joining, onboarding, documentation and exit formalities.
• Maintain attendance, leave records and other HR documentation.
• Coordinate with management for payroll, employee issues and HR requirements.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of HR/recruitment experience.
• Experience in sales hiring preferred.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
