Role: HR Manager & HR Executive

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and hire permanent & temporary staff.
• Manage manpower requirements for wedding events.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave and HR records.
• Handle employee discipline and performance.
• Conduct interviews, joining and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a reliable temporary manpower database.
• Coordinate staff training and development.
• Handle employee concerns and resolve issues.
• Implement company HR policies and procedures.
• Report recruitment and employee status to management.

Key Requirement:
3+ years HR experience, preferably in catering, hospitality, hotel or event industry.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:00 PM
Location: Poonamallee, Chennai
