We are looking for a HR Manager to lead the People &amp; Culture function at SHA Spain in El Albir, Alicante.
This is a highly visible, hands-on and business-facing role for an experienced hospitality HR professional who can connect people strategy with operational realities, service excellence and business performance. Reporting to the General Manager of SHA Spain and the Corporate Chief People Officer, you will act as a trusted partner to the property leadership team while managing and developing the local People &amp; Culture team.
You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment where multiple priorities, complex employee situations and changing business needs require sound judgment, strong organisation and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.

<li>Partner with department heads to anticipate workforce needs and provide practical people solutions that support operational performance, employee experience and service excellence.</li>
<li>Manage a wide range of employee relations, performance, engagement, development and organisational matters with maturity, discretion and emotional intelligence.</li>
<li>Balance people, operational and commercial considerations when advising managers and making decisions.</li>
<li>Operate effectively within a matrix structure, ensuring close alignment between SHA Spain and the Corporate People &amp; Culture functional teams.</li>
<li>Build strong, trusted relationships across all functions and levels of seniority, from operational teams to senior leadership.</li>
<li>Support the implementation of People &amp; Culture initiatives, policies and programmes in line with SHA’s standards, values and business priorities.</li>
<li>Navigate multiple priorities simultaneously, identifying what requires immediate attention while maintaining quality, consistency and follow-through.</li>
<li>Contribute to SHA’s continued growth by supporting a high-performing, engaged and guest-focused culture.</li>
<li>Travel to other SHA properties when required.</li>

<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with hospitality systems, HR tools and Business Intelligence platforms is valued.</li>
<li>Availability to travel between SHA properties when required.</li>

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is energetic, credible, commercially minded and genuinely passionate about people.
The ideal candidate combines strong management capability with emotional intelligence. You know how to adapt your communication style to different situations and stakeholders, while maintaining high standards, consistency and accountability. You are comfortable making decisions, addressing difficult conversations and moving complex matters forward without losing sight of the human impact.
You enjoy being close to the operation. Rather than operating as a purely corporate HR function, you understand that an effective People &amp; Culture team in hospitality must be present, responsive and deeply connected to the guest experience and the people who deliver it every day.
You will also be comfortable in an international, multicultural and expanding organisation, where change is constant and where collaboration across properties and functions is essential.
What We Offer
<ul>
<li>The opportunity to play a meaningful role in one of the world’s leading health, longevity and wellness brands.</li>
<li>A strategic and operational position with direct exposure to the General Manager, Corporate Chief People Officer and senior business leaders.</li>
<li>The opportunity to lead and develop the People &amp; Culture team at SHA Spain.</li>
<li>A dynamic international environment across Europe, the Americas and the Middle East.</li>
<li>The opportunity to contribute to SHA’s continued growth, including new destinations and international expansion.</li>
<li>A purpose-driven workplace where people, wellbeing, excellence and service are at the centre of everything we do.</li>
</ul>
SHA is more than a workplace; it is a unique environment where nature, science and purpose meet. Every day, our team helps people transform their lives, and you will grow alongside extraordinary people in an environment built on excellence, evolution, integrity, care and happiness.
We are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion. You will join a truly international team where different perspectives are valued and everyone can grow based on merit and talent.
If you are a people-focused hospitality professional who wants to make a tangible impact on a high-performing, growing and purpose-led organisation, we would love to hear from you.
