HR Manager

• Lead the development, standardization, and continuous improvement of HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Coach and develop the HR team to strengthen strategic thinking, HR capabilities, and process ownership.
• Drive HR automation and digital transformation by implementing AI-powered and technology-enabled solutions to improve efficiency.
• Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning, organizational development, and employee experience initiatives.
• Ensure HR operations, policies, and systems are compliant, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including 2 years in an HR leadership, People Operations, or HR Systems role.
• Proven experience building and documenting HR processes and implementing HR technology or automation solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR best practices, and experience in retail or multi-site organizations is preferred.
• Excellent coaching, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
