Role Overview

We are transforming a traditional hospitality brand into its next era - modern, relevant, and performance-driven.

This is not a traditional HR role.

We’re looking for a People & Culture Manager who can build strong teams, drive accountability, and elevate standards across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

·         Build a high-performance culture across our restaurant brands

·         Lead recruitment and attract top talent

·         Drive KPIs, performance reviews, and accountability

·         Strengthen training systems and leadership capability

·         Oversee HR operations and ensure compliance

·         Improve employee engagement and retention

What We Are Looking For

·         5 - 10 years in HR Managerial role (hospitality/service industry preferred)

·         Strong knowledge in labour law and compensation

·         Strong in both people and structure

·         Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive

·         Confident working with frontline teams and senior leaders

·         Able to build systems and drive the culture

·         Proficient in English and MS365

Salary: 100,000 – 120,000 / month (depending on experience)
