HR Manager

Stack: HRMS/HRIS Tools (Zoho People, Workday, BambooHR), MS Office, Recruitment Platforms

Role Summary: Lead HR operations to ensure effective talent management, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance.
• Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
• Maintain HR records and generate reports for management.
• Experience Requirements:
• 4–6+ years in HR roles, with at least 2 years in managerial capacity.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

• Experience with HRMS/HRIS tools.
• Exposure to organizational development and change management.
