Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment for customer service, sales, technical support, and support functions. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures. Oversee onboarding and induction processes to ensure a smooth employee experience. Build and maintain talent pipelines for volume hiring requirements.

Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as the primary HR point of contact for employee concerns and

grievance handling.
Drive employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs.
Conduct skip-level meetings, pulse surveys, and feedback sessions.
Foster a positive and high-performance work culture.

Performance Management
Support performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting processes.
Monitor employee productivity, attendance, and performance metrics.
Assist managers in implementing performance improvement plans.

HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle activities. Prepare and analyze HR MIS reports and dashboards.

Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
Support leadership development and employee growth programs.

Ensure completion of mandatory compliance and process training.

Retention & Workforce Planning
Monitor attrition trends and recommend retention strategies. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback. Partner with operations teams to support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
