Currently Geo Tekno offers various solutions such as: Vessel Monitoring, Fuel Monitoring, RPM & Engine Hour Monitoring, Container Monitoring, Port Monitoring, and more.

Currently, our company holding has over 50+ members in tech sectors as of 2024, and ~400 members in marine sectors including field operators and vessel managements.

OPEN RECRUITMENT: HR Manager

Job Description :

• Manage all core HRGA departmental areas, including talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll, HR administration, people culture, and general affair.

• Provide advice and direction where needed to the HR team on work priorities, budget and staff resources, strategic, policy, organisation and staff management issues.

• Manage the implementation of employment policies.

• Manage the execution of the HR Strategy to ensure achievement of the objectives.

• Support HR staff to ensure that all relevant professional standards are met.

• Regularly coach, mentor, and support colleagues to identify individual strengths and development needs.

• Ensure internal HR communications, including any issues, initiatives and programmes are well planned, coordinated, relevant, timely and adhere to the company’s values.

• Make sure that company values and approach are utilised to strengthen the organisational culture.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
2. Min.3 years proven experience as HR Supervisor/Coordinator/Assistant Manager.
3. Good understanding and technical abilities within all HR departmental areas including talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll, HR administration, people culture, and general affair.
4. The ability to manage the implementation of effective employment policies.
5. Experience in monitoring and driving KPIs.
6. The ability to accept and provide feedback, be challenged on your advice and work well under pressure.
7. A confident leader with experience in leading a team.
