What you'll be doing?

• Develop HR Strategies: Craft and implement HR strategies that align with business goals across three countries, focusing on recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
• Ensure Compliance: Manage local HR compliance with labor laws in Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand, guaranteeing all HR policies are legally sound.
• Manage Foreign Workers: Oversee foreign worker recruitment and compliance, ensuring smooth operations and legal adherence.
• Support Business Operations: Collaborate with internal teams to optimize HR processes and support the company's growth and efficiency.

Who are they looking for?

• HR Experience: At least 5 years of HR management experience, preferably within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or factory industries. Experienced in handling government audits, labor inspections, and workplace accident cases.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese with the ability to draft legal contracts and conduct negotiations with international stakeholders.
• HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor law and foreign worker management, particularly in negotiation and compliance matters.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, or other related disciplines. Candidates with extensive and highly relevant experience may be considered even if they do not fully meet the academic requirement.
• Added Advantage: Familiarity with Singapore and Thailand labor laws and HR practices. Candidates with experience covering Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand would be highly competitive and would be more likely to qualify for the upper end of the salary range.
• Cross-border Experience: Experience in multinational companies or managing teams across different countries is preferred.
