HR Manager

Full job description

• Support Employee Relations cases; performance evaluations, documentation, termination, and ensuring compliance with local labor ordinances.
• Serve as the primary HR point of contact to all employee’s concerns & address solutions accordingly.
• Provide day-to-day HR guidance to Managers on policies and its processes
• Manage end -to-end recruitment cycle, including but not limited to job posting, interview and assessment.
• Manage all types of Office Memos; information disseminations, disciplinary actions, NTE, NOD
• Maintain and update personnel information in a timely manner with accuracy
• Ensure all operations remain compliant with local laws and regulations
• Employee Onboarding and Offboarding
• Support employee performance evaluation
• Update & monitoring of DOLE online reports
• Manage Labor & Employee relations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management course or any BS Psychology related courses.

• Has 3 to 5 years of work experience as an HR Generalist and/or Specialist

• Excellent in Communication and Interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Having experience in using HRIS System is an advantage.

• Has attended relevant HR and management trainings.

• Must have an active BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) certification.

• Willing to Assign in JEG TOWER, ONE Acacia Street, Camputhaw Cebu City
