HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including developing recruitment channels, scheduling interviews and screening.

Manage employee attendance, leave records and archiving duties.

Supervise the team to ensure smooth operation.

Facilitate the Employee Performance Review System.

Strategic Planning and Budgetary Control.

Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accuracy in payroll processing.

Less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Manager.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline

Minimum 3 years’ working experience in human resources

Extensive knowledge of HR principles and processes

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with quick changes

Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
