Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our end-to-end recruitment process. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various departments. You will also manage candidate offer letters, facilitate onboarding, and partner with hiring managers to align hiring strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Candidate Pipeline Creation

• Post job listings on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, internal portals).
• Proactively source candidates using passive sourcing techniques, networking, and headhunting.
• Build and maintain a qualified talent pipeline for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.

2. Screening & Selection

• Review incoming resumes and applications against job requisitions.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate experience, cultural fit, salary expectations, and notice periods.
• Coordinate and schedule technical and managerial interviews with hiring managers.

3. Interview & Assessment Coordination

• Design structured interview processes and competency-based assessment frameworks.
• Collect feedback from interviewers and facilitate post-interview decision-making debriefs.
• Manage communication with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience regardless of the outcome.

4. Offer Letter Management & Negotiation

• Conduct salary benchmarks and prepare competitive job offer packages.
• Present verbal offers, negotiate compensation packages within approved budget guidelines, and address candidate concerns.
• Draft, generate, and issue formal Offer Letters, Employment Contracts, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).

5. Pre-Onboarding & Onboarding Transition

• Conduct background verification checks (reference checks, criminal history, employment verification, educational credentials).
• Serve as the main point of contact for new hires from offer acceptance to their first day.
• Coordinate with IT and Operations for hardware provisioning, system access, and welcome kits.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Corporate Recruiter.
• Software Tools: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday, as well as HRIS platforms.
• Key Skills: Negotiation, behavioral interviewing, knowledge of labor laws, written and verbal communication.

• Personal Device: Candidates are required to use their own laptop for work purposes.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
