Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and onboarding to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and HR policies.
• Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits.
• Provide HR insights and workforce planning support to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• At least 5 years’ HR experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in professional services is an advantage.
