HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
• Develop manpower plans and coordinate workforce requirements with business teams.
• Manage onboarding, induction, employee documentation, and exit formalities.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and procedures.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
• Manage performance appraisal and employee development processes.
• Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave, and HR records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, welfare, and organizational development initiatives.
• Prepare HR MIS reports and track key HR metrics.
• Manage training and development programs based on organizational requirements.
• Support compensation, benefits, and salary revision processes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Advise management on HR matters, workforce planning, and employee-related decisions.
• Lead and mentor the HR team and ensure efficient delivery of HR services.
