The ideal candidate should be a strong HR Generalist / HRBP with excellent operational rigour, strong PPT and presentation skills, and the ability to convert HR data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of HR processes and policies.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy.
  • Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement and HR process standardisation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.

2. Performance Management

  • Drive the complete performance management cycle including goal setting, reviews, appraisals and performance tracking.
  • Partner with managers to establish clear and measurable KRAs/KPIs.
  • Monitor performance trends and identify gaps across teams.
  • Support managers in performance improvement plans and performance-related interventions.
  • Develop performance dashboards and reports for leadership reviews.

3. HR Analytics & MIS

  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and regular MIS reports.
  • Track key HR metrics including headcount, attrition, attendance, performance, employee movement and other people KPIs.
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends, gaps and areas requiring intervention.
  • Translate people data into actionable insights and recommendations for management.
  • Establish a structured, data-driven approach to HR decision-making.

4. Management Reporting & Presentations

  • Create sharp, structured and data-backed PPT presentations for management reviews.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly HR review decks covering key people metrics and initiatives.
  • Present HR trends, insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Convert complex HR data into simple and meaningful business presentations.

5. HRMS & Process Automation

  • Manage and optimise the organisation's HRMS for employee data, attendance, leave, performance and reporting.
  • Keka experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ensure data integrity and effective utilisation of HR systems.
  • Identify opportunities for HR automation and process improvement.

6. Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with business leaders and functional heads on people-related matters.
  • Provide HR support and guidance to managers across employee lifecycle and performance-related matters.
  • Drive effective communication of HR policies, processes and organisational initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.

7. Employee Engagement & People Initiatives

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and improve employee experience.
  • Support organisational culture and people initiatives.
  • Identify employee concerns and proactively work towards resolution.
  • Partner with leadership on initiatives aimed at improving employee productivity and retention.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong business acumen with a data-driven approach to HR.
