HR Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies, compensation & benefits, and training & development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements, including BOCW and Labour Licence.
• Manage HR operations across multiple companies/entities and locations.
• Handle HR MIS, payroll coordination, grievance handling, and employee retention.
• Work closely with senior management on workforce planning and organizational development.

Preferred candidate profile

• 12+ years of progressive experience in Core HR and Administration.
• Experience in independently heading or managing the HR function.
• Strong exposure to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, statutory compliance, and L&D.
• Candidates from Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or similar industries will be preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and people-management skills.
