JOB DESCRIPTIONS

An HR Manager / Generalist oversees the entire employee lifecycle, managing core functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, and statutory compliance. This hybrid role bridges the gap between company leadership and staff, driving daily HR operations and organizational culture.

Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to issuing offers and conducting new-hire orientation.

Employee Relations: Act as the primary contact for workplace grievances, conflict resolution, and performance management guidance.

Compliance & Operations: Maintain accurate records databases and ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal company policies.

Compensation & Benefits: Process payroll inputs, oversee benefits administration, and support periodic compensation reviews
