About Akbari Foundation
Akbari Foundation is a charitable organization operating a free medical clinic and expanding into education through Idraak Holistic Institution. As the Foundation scales its operations, it is building out formal HR infrastructure to support its growing team of medical, educational, and administrative staff.

Role Overview
The HR Manager will lead all people-operations functions for the Foundation — recruitment, onboarding, policy development, performance management, and staff welfare — across the clinic, the school, and administrative teams. This is a foundational hire responsible for building HR systems from the ground up in a mission-driven, resource-conscious environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures suited to a nonprofit/charitable structure
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical, teaching, and administrative roles — from job postings to offer letters
• Oversee onboarding and orientation for new hires across the clinic and Idraak Holistic Institution
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and basic payroll coordination
• Develop and administer performance review processes for staff and management
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters fairly and confidentially
• Ensure compliance with Pakistani labor law as applicable to nonprofit organizations
• Support the Chairperson and founder on organizational restructuring and staffing decisions
• Foster a mission-aligned, respectful workplace culture consistent with the Foundation's values
• Coordinate with chairperson (clinic, school, admin) to forecast staffing needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Proficiency in Urdu and English (spoken and written)
• Experience setting up HR systems/processes from scratch is highly valued
• Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive employee matters

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
