HR Manager

Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Manager to join our growing IT company. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, HR documentation, employee coordination, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and interview coordination
• Employee onboarding and documentation
• Manage attendance and leave records
• Handle employee queries and concerns
• Maintain HR policies and records
• Coordinate with management and employees
• Support performance management and company activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of HR experience preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR policies and recruitment
• Good organizational and management skills
