HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee overall human resources operations, drive administrative strategy, and lead regulatory compliance and organizational development initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership capabilities, hands-on experience in quality management systems, and the ability to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and performance management.
• Ensure strict adherence to Philippine labor laws and statutory compliance (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and DOLE reportorial requirements).
• Support, maintain, and integrate HR processes with quality management initiatives
• Develop and execute strategic administrative policies to foster workforce productivity and retention.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related 4-year discipline.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven managerial experience in Human Resources.
• Previous experience in the construction industry is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with ISO quality management systems is required.
• Can start immediately.
