Key responsibilities
- Drive HR Strategy: Align HR initiatives with business goals and build scalable HR processes
- Lead Talent Acquisition: Partner with department heads to recruit, hire, and onboard top-tier talent
- Elevate Culture & Engagement: Design programs that boost employee retention, morale, and professional growth
- Manage Performance & Rewards: Oversee performance review cycles (KPIs/OKRs), payroll, and competitive benefits packages
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local labor laws and handle employee relations smoothly
About you
- 5+ years of HR experience, with 2+ years leading a team or function
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HRIS software, and talent management strategies
- Strategic thinker with high emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and a business-first mindset
