HR Manager

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and employee relations, with strong focus on high-volume hiring, workforce deployment, employee discipline, engagement, and compliance. Ideal for candidates with retail, manpower, staffing, or multi-site operations experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to onboarding and deployment.
• Manage high-volume and manpower recruitment for retail, warehouse, operations, and frontline positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies and maintain a strong talent pipeline for urgent and recurring manpower requirements.
• Partner with operations and business leaders to forecast manpower needs and ensure timely hiring.
• Handle employee relations cases, grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies, labor standards, and disciplinary procedures.
• Manage attendance, performance concerns, employee engagement, retention, and turnover initiatives.
• Oversee HR support for multiple branches, stores, sites, or deployed manpower.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, hiring turnaround time, attrition, absenteeism, and manpower fulfillment.
• Coach HR officers, recruiters, and site HR personnel to improve recruitment and ER effectiveness.
• Coordinate with management on workforce planning, organizational concerns, and employee-related risks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably with strong exposure to recruitment and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proven experience handling employee cases, investigations, and disciplinary proceedings.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
