HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Compensation & Benefits, Job Grading, Job Evaluation, and Salary Structure.
• Develop and implement Performance Management systems, including KPI and OKR frameworks.
• Drive a strong culture of accountability, performance, and ownership across the organization.
• Manage HR operations across Head Office and manufacturing sites, including factory and temporary workforce.
• Strengthen employee relations, labor relations, workplace discipline, and HR compliance.
• Develop strategies for talent retention, employee engagement, and workplace harmony.
• Partner with senior management and cross-functional teams to support organizational transformation and business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years at HR Manager / HRBP level.
• Strong experience in Manufacturing or Multi-site Operations.
• Proven expertise in Job Grading, Compensation & Benefits, Salary Structure, and Performance Management.
• Strong knowledge of Thai Labor Law and Employee/Labor Relations.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Extremely hands-on, decisive, and results-driven with strong managerial courage.
• High EQ with the ability to work effectively with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel regularly between Samut Prakan and Chonburi.
