HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.

* Handle recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning.

* Develop and implement HR policies and processes.

* Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.

* Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.

* Coordinate performance appraisals and employee engagement activities.

* Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

* Support management in HR strategy, workforce planning, and retention.
Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in HR Management.

* Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.

* Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

* Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
